We're On The Air
For the last several months ourselves and our merry band of web developers have been involved in a pretty intense website overhaul. But hark! The site is live today, 11/11/11.
The new website is an integral part of our core identity, and not a simple re-skinning project. It has been designed with some very specific purposes in mind. And where did the redesign project start? With market research.
Our first task was to explore who Evolve is - boiling things down to the secret-sauce that makes us unique. We then took a look at other research firms and marketing agencies to see where we fit in the competitive landscape. Of course, not only was this key in the web design process, it formed the core of our rebranding effort.

After figuring out the essence of our firm and the direction of our brand (including our fantastic logo) our creative team brainstormed ways to unleash Evolve on the world in the form of a single website. That was challenge. We do a lot of different types of research with a wide range of clients and industries - to put all of that on our website would have been impossible. Plus, nobody would have bothered to read it all.
So, snip, snip, snip. Lot's of things were left on the cutting room floor.
After deciding what we wanted to say, we needed to decide how we were going to say it. I won't go too much into that - the results speak for themselves. But what I will say is this: the how is a key part of our brand positioning.
